CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products and Services)
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours. Please note a small, non-refundable payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund, as this cost isn't returned to us by our payment provider. No administration fees are taken. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be completed. Subscription cancellations are handled separately, please see the Subscribe & Save details. .*

REFUND POLICY (For Products)
In the event that a refund is issued, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card, minus a 2.9% payment gateway fee and a 2% Shopify fee, as this cost isn't returned to us by our payment provider. No additional administrative fees are charged.
