We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

UAE orders are delivered by local courier, usually within 3 business days of dispatch. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, usually arriving within 3 business days of dispatch. Orders to KSA typically take 4 to 6 business days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the product or shipping price. KJ Serums can't take responsibility for customs delays, but please contact us at support@kjserums.com if you have any questions about your delivery.

We don't offer a general returns policy. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us directly at support@kjserums.com and we'll do our best to help.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please also note that a small, non-refundable payment processing fee may be deducted from your refund, as this cost isn't returned to us by our payment provider. No administration fees are taken. The best place for your Triology serum is a cool, dark place away from heat and light, with the lid tightly secured. A drawer or cupboard in an air-conditioned room is perfect. Triology should be used within approximately four weeks of receiving it, while it's still fresh and active.

We recommend allowing each serum to absorb into your skin before applying the next product. Water-based serums such as Triology, Skin Karma, Peptide Lift and Happy Face are usually applied first, followed by creams such as HydraSilk, and lastly oil-based serums such as Essential Glow and Tetra-C.

It's normal for skin to tingle or even sting slightly when Triology is first applied. This should ease off after a minute or two. If stinging carries on for a long time, or your skin becomes red or irritated, please discontinue use.

Yes, a derma roller can be used before applying Triology serum. Make sure your skin is cleaned thoroughly and your derma roller is properly sterilised. Be prepared for a little tingling or stinging, especially if you're using a 0.5mm needle or above.

Yes, a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen should be worn every day.
