Kindly note that orders placed by the 12th of the month will be delivered between the 14th - 18th of the month. Orders placed after the 12th of the month will be delivered the following month.

For KSA deliveries

Shipping Times:

Shipping to KSA from the UAE is by air freight and an on-ground partner and takes on average 3-5 business days depending on local customs clearance. This will normally be between the 14th-18th of the month but can take longer.

Customs duty and tax

All international orders are subject to customs duty fees and tax as defined by the country of import. Customs duty fees and tax are calculated and added to the order during the checkout procedure to make the delivery process as fast as possible.

All orders will be subject to 5% VAT charge for the KSA market.

Orders above AED 1000 in value will also be subject to an additional 5% Duty charge.

We recommend allowing each serum to completely absorb into your skin before you begin the next step and apply further product. Water based serums such as Triology, SkinKarma, Peptide Lift and HA-ppy Face are usually applied first, followed by creams such as HydraSilk and then lastly oil based serums, such as Essential Glow, Tetra-C etc.
