We’ve partnered with UAE-based company ECYCLEX to make recycling of your empty bottles easy and cost-effective. ECYCLEX has developed a dedicated app called ‘ReLoop’ to fully manage the recycling process.

What do I do?

Simply download ECYCLEX’S ReLoop app from one of the app store buttons below, register your details and follow their process. Identify yourself as a KJ Serums customer by using the special code always included on your order confirmation email that is automatically sent to you after ordering our products. Schedule a collection in the app and ECYCLEX will come to your residence to collect the bottles. You don't need to be available. Simply place the bottles at your doorstep and their van will collect.

Note: ECYCLEX currently only collect from Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah addresses.

How much does it cost?

KJ Serums’ customers enjoy a special rate. The first collection you schedule through the ReLoop app is free of charge, and all other collections thereafter are only AED 15 per collection. You must input the discount code to get the special collection price of AED 15.
