Ordering Times and Delivery

We deliver to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Kingdom (UK), Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, India, and the United States of America (USA).

Please note: If you live outside of these countries, please email us at support@kjserums.com and we can discuss an individual delivery arrangement (Aramex Shop&Ship can be used if you have an account with them and they deliver to your country).

For UAE Deliveries

All UAE orders are delivered by local courier service. Our aim is to deliver 3 business days after order placement although national holidays may increase delivery time.

For KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, India & USA Deliveries

Delivery by UPS tracked service usually takes 4–6 business days from the shipping date, depending on local customs clearance time. Please note that customs processing time can vary by country.

For UK Deliveries

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail tracked service and typically arrive within 3–4 business days after order placement.

Customs Duty & Tax

All international orders are subject to customs duty fees and taxes as defined by the destination country.
