Currently we deliver to the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

For UK deliveries

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 business days after placing your order.

For UAE and KSA deliveries

Please Note: Our Triology Vitamin C serum is made fresh every month and so we schedule ALL orders to coincide once per month.

Kindly note that orders placed by the 12th of the month will be delivered between the 14th - 18th of the month. Orders placed after the 12th of the month will be delivered the following month.

For KSA deliveries

Shipping to KSA from the UAE is by air freight and an on-ground partner and takes on average 3-5 business days depending on local customs clearance. This will normally be between the 14th-18th of the month.

KJ Serums cannot take responsibility for any customs clearance delays. You can contact our customer service department at support@kjserums.com if you have any questions regarding delivery.

Customs duty and tax

All international orders are subject to customs duty fees and tax as defined by the country of import. Customs duty fees and tax are calculated and added to the order during the checkout procedure to make the delivery process as fast as possible.

Take the hassle out of reordering your fresh serums every month. You’re in control! Sign up for 3 months or to our ongoing subscription plan and automatically receive a 10% discount off each month’s order. Then sit back and relax! Your fresh serums will be delivered to your door each month for as long as you want. You may cancel after the minimum 3 month period. 


Delivery Schedule

  • If you choose a serum subscription it will be delivered every month typically between the 14th and 18th of the month* (immediately after the fresh serum batch has been made).
  • If you set up your subscription before the 12th of the month you will receive your first order a few days later between the 14th and the 18th of that month. 
  • If you set up your subscription after the 12th of the month you will receive your first order between the 14th and the 18th of the following month. 
  • Our subscription plans are for a 3 month period or can be ongoing if you prefer. Choose the best option for you when ordering.

*Delivery times may vary for KSA customers due to the courier chain but we will endeavour to deliver within the stated period.

Cancelling your Subscription

NOTE: We have a minimum three month subscription term, after which you can cancel your plan

  • If required, you will need to cancel your subscription plan by emailing us at least 7 days prior to the next delivery schedule beginning on the 12th of the month to not be charged for the next and subsequent months. Email us at admin@kjserums.com.

Important:

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the plan’s full three month term, you will be charged the full value of your previous month(s) order(s) and effectively forfeit the 10% discount you availed of when subscribing to the plan. This amount will be debited from the card that you used to pay for your original order.

Billing Cycles

  • Payments will be deducted monthly by our payment provider on the same date you placed and paid for your first subscription plan order. If, for example, you subscribed on January 4th, you will be charged and receive your subscription order confirmation email on the 4th of each month.

Placing Your Order

  • To order a subscription plan from the website, you must first log in or register an account with us by completing the registration form on the website.
  • In order to register an account you must be an individual, a resident in the UAE or KSA, and agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
  • You warrant that all information you provide to us when registering an account is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. It is your responsibility to ensure the information in your account is updated regularly with any relevant changes.
  • We may refuse at our absolute discretion any application to join us or receive our services for any reason whatsoever.
  • You are responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained access to your account or if you otherwise become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. They are also responsible for retaining a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.
