Delivery Schedule
Your subscription will be delivered each month within 2–3 days of your order date. For example, if you place a subscription order on the 14th of the month, deliveries will typically arrive on the 16th or 17th of each month, continuing automatically until your subscription plan is cancelled.
*Delivery times may vary for other regions due to the courier chain but we will endeavour to deliver within the stated period.
Cancelling your Subscription
NOTE: We have a minimum three month subscription term, after which you can cancel your plan
If required, you will need to cancel your subscription plan by emailing us at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled delivery, not be charged for the next and subsequent months. Please use our contact form to get in touch.
Important:
If you wish to cancel your subscription offer before the end of the plan's full three month term, you will be charged the full value of your previous month(s) order(s) and effectively forfeit the 10% discount you availed of when subscribing to the plan. This amount will be debited from the card that you used to pay for your original order.
Billing Cycles
Payments will be deducted monthly by our payment provider on the same date you placed and paid for your first subscription plan order. If, for example, you subscribed on January 4th, you will be charged and receive your subscription order confirmation email on the 4th of each month.

You will have your products delivered to your door each month without having to remember to order. This is a particularly good way of managing your deliveries of our fresh Triology vitamin C serum.

Due to the fresh nature of our products we do not operate a returns service.
Unfortunately we are not able to combine a promo code with the subscription discount.

Log into your account and click on Subscriptions to manage your active subscription orders. You have the ability to make specific changes to each product:
- Change shipping address
- Change billing address
- Change next charge date
- Change frequency of the delivery schedule
- Skip a delivery
- Update quantity
- Add a product
- Edit payment method
- Cancel subscription*
- Re-activate subscription
