Currently we deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If you live outside of these countries, please email us at support@kjserums.com and we can discuss an individual delivery arrangement (TIP: Aramex Shop&Ship can be used if you have an account with them and they deliver to your country - We can partially discount your courier fee if spending over AED500)

For UAE and KSA deliveries

Please Note: Our Triology Vitamin C serum is made fresh every month and so we schedule ALL orders to coincide once per month.

Kindly note that orders placed by the 12th of the month will be delivered between the 14th - 18th of the month. Orders placed after the 12th of the month will be delivered the following month.

For KSA deliveries

Shipping Times:

Shipping to KSA from the UAE is by air freight and an on-ground partner and takes on average 3-5 business days depending on local customs clearance. This will normally be between the 14th-18th of the month but can take longer.

Customs duty and tax

All international orders are subject to customs duty fees and tax as defined by the country of import. Customs duty fees and tax are calculated and added to the order during the checkout procedure to make the delivery process as fast as possible.
