UAE Deliveries
All UAE orders are delivered by a local courier. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
UK Deliveries
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 3 business days of dispatch.
KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, India and USA Deliveries
International orders to these countries are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the shipping date, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Please note that customs processing times vary and may occasionally cause delays that are outside our control. While KJ Serums cannot accept responsibility for customs-related delays, we are always happy to assist where possible.

Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about any applicable fees.
How to Use
- Sterilise your Microneedling Device by soaking the roller head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes. Allow it to air dry completely before use.
- Cleanse your skin thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry.
- Roll gently over each treatment area using light pressure, making 4–5 passes vertically, horizontally and diagonally.
- Apply your favourite Kathryn Jones serum immediately afterwards to help maximise absorption and results.
Sterilise the device again after use and allow it to air dry before storing it safely in the provided storage container.
Important
- Do not use on active acne, open wounds, irritated skin or around the eyes.
- Do not share your Microneedling Device with others.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Always wear SPF during the day following treatment.
