KJ Serums (Kathryn Jones Hand Blended Serums) is the trading name of KJ Skincare FZ LLC, Fujairah Twin Towers, PO Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, delivery and billing address, and anything you tell us during a skincare consultation, such as your skin type and concerns.
- Details of your orders: what you buy, your subscriptions and any discount codes you use.
- Details from your device: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We collect these using cookies.
We never store or share your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders and manage your subscription
- To answer your questions and give you skincare consultations
- To check eligibility for first-order offers
- To send you news and offers by email or WhatsApp, if you have agreed to this. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and products
- To measure how well our adverts work and show you relevant adverts
Who we share it with
We only share what each company needs to do its job:
- Shopify, which runs our online shop
- Our payment provider
- Our delivery companies, including our UAE courier and Royal Mail
- The services we use to send emails and WhatsApp messages
- Our product reviews service, if you leave a review
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We may also share information if the law requires us to. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep your basket working, remember your preferences and understand how our website is used. Our advertising partners also use them to measure adverts and show you relevant ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of our website may then not work properly.
How long we keep it
