Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save

• Subscribers save 10% on every subscription delivery. Subscriptions are available in the UAE and UK only.
• Your card is charged automatically each month on the same date as your first subscription order, and your order is then prepared and dispatched.

Minimum term and cancelling

• Subscriptions have a minimum term of 3 months (three monthly deliveries). After that, your subscription carries on each month until you cancel.
• After the minimum term, you can cancel at any time by giving at least 7 days' notice before your next payment date. Email support@kjserums.com.
• If you cancel before the 3-month minimum term ends, we will charge the 10% subscriber discount you received on your earlier deliveries to the card you used for your subscription, so you pay the normal price for those orders.

The 90-Day Fresh Vitamin C Challenge (code TRY499)

• The Challenge is for new customers only.
• You receive a fresh 30ml bottle of Triology every month for 3 months at the Challenge price shown on the Challenge page.
• After 3 months, your subscription continues automatically at our standard Subscribe & Save price (10% off) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time after the first 3 months with 7 days' notice before your next payment date.
• The Challenge cannot be combined with any other code or offer.

To change your delivery address or card details, email support@kjserums.com and we will send you a secure link.
